I am an experienced Psychotherapist and certified Coach offering both short and long term psychotherapy, clinical supervision and Executive Coaching in Hove, Lewes and online.
In my work I am supportive and non-judgemental, combined with being appropriately challenging and creating an environment that is accepting and empowering.
As a clinician, I draw on a set of complimentary methods in psychotherapy aiming to facilitate change and growth. My approach is relational, meaning I see what emerges in the relationship between client and therapist as an important aspect the therapeutic process and outcome.
My work is collaborative and respectful of the client’s pace and inner resources and I work towards forming a relationship based on mutual trust in a safe, boundaried and confidential environment.
Below is a short introductory video about my work.
