We aim to provide a broad and expansive range of therapies so that you can get exactly what you need from us. We are experienced in working with a range of issues, from depression and anxiety to anger management and relationship difficulties.

Our Premises

Brighton and Hove Psychotherapy - Brighton and Hove office

Our Brighton consulting rooms are based at a stunning period building in central Hove, close to the corner of Church Road. Taking up the entire third floor of the building, this central yet private location is perfect for all forms of therapy, whether you are coming as an individual or a couple.

The practice is around a ten-minute walk from Hove railway station and a five-minute walk from the seafront. On-street parking is available and there are excellent public transport links.

Please note that our consulting rooms are located on the third floor with no lift access.  We apologise that our premises are therefore not accessible to clients with mobility issues.

Parking

On street parking is available on The Drive and on adjoining streets.
The closest car park is Norton Road car park, open 24 hours and fees start at £1.20 for an hour.

Bus Routes and Train Stations

There are several bus stops nearby; Town Hall (stops A, B, and C) and Second Avenue stops. See buses.co.uk and stagecouchbus.com for full route details.

Our location is a 15-minute walk to the nearest train station; Hove Station and Aldrington Station is a 25-minute walk away.
