Our Brighton consulting rooms are based at a stunning period building in central Hove, close to the corner of Church Road. Taking up the entire third floor of the building, this central yet private location is perfect for all forms of therapy, whether you are coming as an individual or a couple.
The practice is around a ten-minute walk from Hove railway station and a five-minute walk from the seafront. On-street parking is available and there are excellent public transport links.
Please note that our consulting rooms are located on the third floor with no lift access. We apologise that our premises are therefore not accessible to clients with mobility issues.

Coronavirus: Information for Clients Attending Face-to-Face Sessions
The Covid-19 government informed guidance for clients attending appointments at our premises is below:
- There will no waiting room, so please arrive at the hour for your appointment.
- Please do not bring disposable containers to the practice such as coffee cups.
- We have removed all water jugs, so please bring a water bottle with you if you think you will need it.
- Please only use the toilet facilities when absolutely necessary and where possible avoid touching common surfaces such as handrails.
- Please wear a mask in common areas and be aware of social distancing with others in the building.
We will be regularly cleaning/ disinfecting and airing our consulting rooms. In addition to this there are hand sanitisers and hand washing facilities in the building.
