We aim to provide a broad and expansive range of therapies so that you can get exactly what you need from us. We are experienced in working with a range of issues, from depression and anxiety to anger management and relationship difficulties.

Brighton and Hove Psychotherapy - Brighton and Hove office

Our Brighton consulting rooms are conveniently located in central Hove on Church Road, on the corner of Selborne Road. This central yet private location is perfect for all forms of therapy, whether you are coming as an individual, couple, family or for group therapy.

The practice is around a fifteen-minute walk from Hove railway station and a five-minute walk from the seafront.

Please note that our consulting rooms are located on the third floor with no lift access.  We apologise that our premises are therefore not accessible to clients with mobility issues.

Parking

On street parking is available on streets adjacent to Church Road, the nearest being First Avenue, Hove.
The closest car park is Norton Road car park, open twenty-four hours and fees start at £1.20 for an hour.

Bus routes and train stations

There are several bus stops nearby; Town Hall (stops A, B, and C) and Second Avenue stops. See buses.co.uk and stagecouchbus.com for full route details.

Our location is a fifteen-minute walk to the nearest train station; Hove Station, and Brighton station is a twenty minute walk away.
